This week is about reflecting on what you put in your body. How do you feel until now?
Caffeine has a number of negative associated side effects like; insomnia, heart disease and other important health hazards that might be keeping you being healthy.
Let’s give it a try and cut down on the coffees we drink try switching to Decaf coffee. Go out and find other sources of energy to keep you upbeat.
